Who is eligible to play in the Fall Leagues? Incoming 2022-2026 grads are eligible. A coach recommendation is suggested and encouraged for 2026 grads. When are league games played? All league games are played on Sundays unless otherwise noted (only exception may be the All-Star Game). Leagues run for 5-6 Sundays (we do NOT play Labor Day Weekend), followed by the HSFBL Tourney for qualifying Teams/Leagues. The season finishes up with the HSFBL All-Star Games for selected players. Can I play on the same team as my friends or high school/travel teammates? Yes, players have the opportunity to request other players under the "Teammate Request" section of their online registration. When we set rosters, we attempt to honor teammate requests. However, with State HS Athletic Assn rules, we may only be able to have a set number (4-5 players) from the same HS on a team. We also attempt to balance positions and experience on teams which may periodically cause us to be unable to fulfill a request. When will I know what team I am placed on? Rosters are not posted until the 2 days before the League officially begins. EX. Rosters will be posted online the Friday before the 1st Sunday game(s). We will remind all families to log-in and check their league dashboard for rosters/schedule and read our 'League Info Document' before their first game. Are there any practices during the League? No, there are no practice commitments. Only games. When do we receive our Bat and Jersey Top? All players will arrive early to their 1st game on opening day to receive their Bat and Jersey Top. Players are responsible for bringing their own equipment, baseball pants, and hat. Players typically wear their HS or Travel Team hat. Attendance is mandatory, but what if I cannot make it due to an emergency or major commitment? If you cannot attend due to an emergency or major commitment, please contact us by the Friday prior to your absence at **IMPORTANT: Please include the player's name, league, team, date of absence, and reason for being absent. Otherwise, we expect that you will be in attendance each week. We set teams at only 11-13 players per team to allow players maximum playing time, so your teammates and other teams in the league count on you to be there. When is the registration deadline for my league? Early registration deadline is July 4th. Regular Registration deadline is August 1st. Late registrations are accepted until the 1st game of the season depending on availability. Check out League Locations: CLICK HERE

We provide an atmosphere where players have fun, compete, work on their game, and grow as a player!

  • This is a Wood Bat League. Players must swing with a wood bat. Every player receives a HD Maple Wood Bat from Phoenix Bats (retails for $110+) with the opportunity to purchase extra bats at a discounted price at the time of registration.
  • Each league location combines Division 1 and 2 players to create teams or separates Division 1 and 2 players into 2 separate leagues based on # of players available. Division 1 players typically have HS Varsity experience (or Tier 1-4 player). Division 2 players do not typically have any Varsity experience (or Tier 4-6 player).
  • Players are responsible for their own equipment (helmet, glove, and catcher's gear).
  • Teams typically consist of 11-13 players. Players register for the league individually, and request teammates. Rosters are set based on teammate requests, high school, position(s) played, playing experience, and State Athletic Assn Rules.
  • Games are 6 innings in length. However, no new inning is started after 1:35. If an inning is started, it must be completed. No drop dead rules are enforced.
  • We do not have a run rule during the regular season. We will enforce a 10 run rule after 4 completed innings during all tournament play.
  • A continuous batting order will be used throughout the entire season. This is designed to give all players an equal # of at-bats. Each player receives a dri-fit shirt with a jersey number on the back. Players must wear this jersey top to every game. Players will hit according to the # on their jersey top.
  • Players choose up to 2 defensive positions on their registration form. We set rosters based on positions chosen on the registration form. Coaches work to rotate players defensively and allow equal playing time while keeping the games competitive for each team during the season.
  • Depending on the # of pitchers on a roster and # of games being played that day, pitchers can expect to throw between 1-3 innings per outing. Coaches are in charge of setting the pitching rotation each week to keep games competitive while working to allow pitchers opportunities to pitch throughout the season.
  • Team Dugout Coaches are selected by the Site Directors at each league location. They will be experienced coaches with the players' best interests in mind. Teams may have a different coach each week. This does not affect playing time, batting order, or pitching rotation.
  • Arguing/Cussing/Being Disrespectful with an umpire will not be tolerated. We have a zero tolerance policy. If found being disrespectful, player/parent will be removed from the game/stands immediately by the site director and escorted from the facilities.

Each League will have All-Star players represented and playing in the Fall League All-Star Exposure Games:

  • Players chosen for the All-Star Games are selected after each individual League Tournament.
  • Information on All-Star players are provided to all RSVP'd Colleges in our network.
  • League Coaches/Directors use their best judgment of top talent in their respective leagues along with online ballots turned in by players to select the players that are invited to the All-Star Games.
All-Star Voting Details:
  • Vote for the best 3 players on your team and league.
  • Voting opens September 26th, 2021
  • Votes accepted until 11:59pm EDT on 10/3/2021

Each League location plays an end of the year single elimination tourney to determine a League Tourney Champion (Teams are seeded based on their regular season record).

  • League Tourney schedules are posted after all regular season games are completed and teams are seeded.
  • Teams that win their League Tournament receive invites to participate in an HSFBL Regional Championship (offered only in regions w/ surrounding leagues).
  • Regional Championship Brackets are posted after all League Tourneys are completed in an area (where applicable).

Monitoring Vast Population in Rural Areas

For The last 4 year the native population of the Amazonas river has been monitored by using Cnoga’s non-invasive VSM device for Hemoglobin levels and other bio-parameters. The medical data was stored by Cnoga’s ’Singular’ cloud data management system for future analysis and follow up. Due to periodic check-up of the bio-parameters(e.g. hemoglobin), the self-awareness of the monitored population has led to improvement of the daily nutrition that resulted in better wellbeing of the population

1. Does the device require any additional equipment?

No additional equipment is needed.
No disposables and consumables are needed.
Everything is supplied with the device.

2. Any age limitations? For whom the device is not suitable?

The device has been tested on and is suitable for adults of 18 years old and up.
People with poor blood circulation in their fingers or with fingertip skin not intact, the device might show incorrect results.

3. Battery

  • How to charge the device?
Battery charger – Input 100v~-240v~, 50Hz – 60Hz. DC Output 5v / 1300mA, Micro USB.
  • Is the battery removable?
The battery is not removable. The battery is not user-replaceable and can be replaced only by CNOGA’s authorized technician
  • When do I need to charge the device?
For daily usage it is recommended to charge the device every day.

4. Is there any maintenance that needs to be performed on the device?

Inside the finger chamber there is a lens, to get correct and accurate results you need to make sure that the lens is clean.

5. How does the device work?

Unlike traditional invasive Hb devices (Hemocue, EKF etc.) that require a blood sample, the MTX/VSM uses four LED lights to shine wavelengths from visual light through the fingertip. As the light waves pass through the fingertip some of it is absorbed and the light signal is changed. A camera sensor detects the light signal in real time. Using patented algorithms and a vast amount of data, the device analyzes the correlation between the signal and bio-parameters.

6. How long will it take until the results appear on the screen?

The results will appear on the screen after a few seconds, but it is recommended to wait for at least 45 seconds until the device stabilizes.

7. Why is it important to warm up the finger before measuring?

The device depends on the blood flow in the finger. When the finger is warm the blood flow through it increases, thus improving the measurement.

8. How can I know which software version is on my device? Is there a newer version?

  • Options – > Product Info – > Firmware version.
  • Open Cnoga Firmware Upgrader (CFU) on your PC. Connect the device to your home PC. If there is a newer version, you will get a notice to upgrade the device. If not, you have the most up-to-date version.
